When you entered your vehicle expenses did you click the button that says "Add a vehicle for business use" or the one that says "Add a vehicle for @tbacon4"? If you used the business use button, then that will show on the self-employment or business summary page as vehicle expenses. If you used the other button, then it will put the expenses on the "Deduction from your share" line. Both will be deducted from your self-employment income, but the section option is meant for use if you are in a partnership, but the car is only used by you (not the other partners).
