I did speak to someone in support. They could not solve this issue. They suggested I start a new return but your system does not allow me to have 2 Turbotax pages open at the same time thus I cannot access all the previous information already entered. Any suggestions for this ongoing issue (I have already cleared my cache and that did not help) or how to reference the return already filled in?
