Did you get a fix? I have the same error

It's a bug. Called them and talked to a person who suggested to remove the auto-prefilled CRA access code. Clicked next. Before you try to file, enter that access code back and file. The error message magically disappeared.

I had to call the help line and they eventually got it to work for me.

Do you mean removing the Netfile access code and re-introducing it?

What was the number you called? The only number I found was  [phone number removed]. Could not get passed auto-attendant.

The only number I found one-e[product key removed]-eight-two-nine-eight-six-zero-eight. It is stunning that Turbotax prevents their support number from being posted in their support forum.

I am having this issue and trying the fix. I called your support line with no success on resolving the problem.  Can you please contact me to resolve the issue.  Thanks

I managed to get hold of agent. Ended up deleting my income entry and re-creating it. Took a while though.

Call the support line ending with 8608. When you call, the automated system will ask for the reason for your call. Be sure to clearly say, "I want to speak to a phone agent." If they ask why you are calling, say again, "I want to speak to a phone agent."

I am also having this error and don't have short term rental income. On the phone with support right now, I really really really don't want to have to pick another software to do netfile with as I've already paid for the turbotax and spent days inputting all my tax info. What a pain in the ass.

@littleminou13 Did you try removing the NETFILE access code?
