T776 - Non-compliant amount of expenses and CCA for short-term rentals

how to fill out T776, the rental property had zero income but there were expenses

If you are using TurboTax Online, search for Rental Properties on the Tax Home page.

 

If you are using TurboTax Desktop in EasyStep mode, use the Find tool to search for Rental Property. In Forms mode, look for the T776.
