@PNJ1 To activate your TurboTax Online version, please visit this link. Select that "I have an account," log into your account, and proceed to the second step by adding your 16-digit activation code to review and activate the TurboTax Online product.

My 2024 turbo tax standard will not open on my computer. I can not find my license number. Also the email that was set up is no longer in use

@user17597648818 Was it working before and then it stopped after an update, or are you reinstalling the software? Can you still get into your TurboTax account?
