TurboTax Online for 2021 is no longer available, so you can't create new returns.

Hi  I am disappointed that I can not use my online 2021 Turbo Tax to begin a new return.  There were unused returns available.

@Phipps2021 TurboTax Online (DIY) for TY 2021 has been decommissioned. You can use the desktop version of TurboTax to get ready for and file your 2021 taxes.

Thanks for the information.  I found it.  I don't like the idea that I have to pay for one return when I had unused online returns available.  Have a great day.
