I have 2 computers and a large extended family can I use 2 computers to do my more than 20 family members income tax. as they say 20 returns per device

But yes, technically, you could prepare up to 20 returns on each computer you have.
A friendly caution: If the CRA suspects that someone is using personal software (like TurboTax) to prepare returns on behalf of others beyond a reasonable number of "friends and family", they do investigate. They monitor information like computer IP and the software ID, among other indicators. But, as long as these 25+ people are really family members (Thanksgiving at your house must be nutty!), there should be no issue.
