Planning to stop sole proprietorship, how do I deal with 1)equipmt that had been claiming CCA & still have undepreciated amt 2) vehicle used both personally & business?

planning to stop sole proprietorship, how do I deal with 1) equipment (e.g. computer, camera) that I had been claiming CCA & still have undepreciated amount and 2) a vehicle that i used both personally & for business that i had been claiming the business portion only.... all the above will be used for personal only after business close.
