Can lawyers working in a law firm claim their current continuing professional development courses required to maintain their law license as an employment expense?
I am employed as a lawyer at a law firm but the firm does not pay for CPD courses. A specific number of CPD hours are required annually to maintain the professional license which is necessary to provide legal services and practice law. The employer is willing to sign a Form T2200.
