Can not reload the 2018 Tax package in order to continue tax preparation?
Initially, the 2018 Tax package was working properly. I tried to re enter the program but the program will not upload by using the short cut icon. I tried to use the "exe" part of the program to load the program but failed. Please help to determine what I should do?

Please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program. It will not delete any of you saved returns.
