In turboTax On line, when I go to the screen Unused federal tuition and education amounts, It gives me two options to enter the interest from previous years: 20% rate (line 40 of my 2022 Quebec Schedule T) or 8%, On which of both should I enter the amount paid on student loan? I'm completely lost. Thanks.

The information you are looking at is from the 2018 tax season and the returns change every year. In this case the tuition credit for Quebec is 8%. If you are using TurboTax Download you don't fill out part A 1. You fill out Part A 2. only for the 8% credit.

No it is not normal, you should revise your return as there may be a data entry error.
