@Jjom The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) goes by the net income reported on your tax return. If you get the Canada Workers Benefit (CWB) but then something changes on your tax return (adjustment or re-assessment) that makes you ineligible for the CWB, then yes, you will have to pay it back.

 

You can't transfer the medical credit. If you have a spouse or common-law partner, then they might be able to claim the receipts on their return. But they would only get the credit if they themselves are eligible.
