Naturopaths are considered by the Canada Revenue Agency as medical practitioners for the purposes of the medical expense tax credit in BC. So, yes you likely can claim expenses for those visits.
Prescription drugs and medications can only be claimed if they came from a pharmacist. You can't claim over-the-counter medications, vitamins, or supplements, even if prescribed by a medical practitioner (except Vitamin B12). So you would likely not be able to claim the Herbal Tinctures.
