When you enter your Patronage Allocations for Box 30 of the T4A slip, you must choose if they are Taxable or Non-Taxable.
CRA says "Do not report the amount if it was for goods and services you consumed and for which you cannot deduct the cost when you calculate your income". Which means if you claimed the goods as expenses for business use, employment expenses, etc, you enter them as "taxable". If you used strictly for personal use, enter as "non-taxable".
Taxable entries will appear as "Other Income" (Line 130). Non Taxable entries will not appear at all.

If you have received a slip (T3, T5, etc), you will need to enter the income from this slip. On the right corner of the top bar, of the return, type the name of your slip in the "Find" engine. You can fill the slip Boxes exactly as you have received it.
If you know the amount of the dividend but don't have a slip for it:
- Type "dividends" in the "Find" engine
- Choose "Dividends from Canadian corporation not reported on a T-slip"
- Ignore the upgrade massage
- an "Eligible Dividend Income" page will open
- Enter the description of the source of the income and the Actua amount received
- save your changes
I hope this was helpful
