My eldest son who is 19 yrs old takes care of my youngest son (10 yrs old) afterschool while we work. Can we claim child care expense for my youngest son?
As long as your eldest son reports the what he receives as income, you are able to claim childcare. He will need to provide you with a receipt with his SIN number on it.
