Am I able to claim living expenses, transportation etc in order to be with my spouse who was medically transferred to another city for two weeks.? If so, who claims?

Credits and deductions
You can only claim Medical Travel expenses for yourself if an authorized medical practitioner certifies in writing that your spouse was unable to travel alone.
However, you can claim the expenses your spouse incurred and when you enter them in TurboTax you will have the option to claim them on the spouse's tax return for whom the deduction is most beneficial.
