I entered the medical expenses under my wifes return but they show up under mine although I have the higher income. How do I make them appear on her return?
The medical expenses may show up under your return as TurboTax has found this to be the "optimum" claim. Although it is usually the lower income spouse who benefits from the medical expense claim, it is not always the case and TurboTax will apply them accordingly.
