Yes, if you answer No to the question, "I choose to wait until June 2020 to get my 2019 OTB entitlement. This means I will get my OTB in one payment at the end of the benefit year (June 2020), instead of receiving it monthly from July 2019 to June 2020." you will receive any entitlement on a monthly basis.
