When using TurboTax Free, answer Yes to the question in the interview stage, "Did you pay for someone to look after your child so you could earn income, go to school, or conduct research in 2018?"   You can click on the deductions tab on the left-hand side and scroll down to child care expenses and click on Get started and you will be prompted to enter your information.
