Online version only has the amount paid
? with the online version do I just enter the amount that wasn't reimbersed

Yes, you are correct. In TurboTax Online, you only enter in the amount that you actually paid. For example: If you had a dentist’s bill that was $100, but your insurance paid you back 80% of the cost, you would just put $20 under “Amount”.
