My husband and I paid for my nephew's summer camp in July & August 2022. The daycare that runs it has given us the tax receipt since we paid for the expenses. Can I claim this on my taxes for 2022 even if we do not have custody of our nephew? Can't seem to find this topic covered anywhere. It's a fairly substantial amount, so it would be great if we could claim this.
