In Easy Step mode the Nova Scotia Children's Sports and Arts Credit is under Claim Dependant Credits. If you are using Forms mode in TurboTax CD/Download it’s on the bottom half of the Dependant pop-up screen.

I have searched in both suggested areas and am still unable to locate this credit.  I purchased the Deluxe Online Edition with an activation code for 8 returns.

@stump2 In Turbotax Online the Nova Scotia Children's Sports and Arts Credit is under Deductions > Claim Dependant Credits (in the left side menu ≡).
