When I enter the time frame for the medical expenses, it doesn't save it and returns the time frame to 01/01/2022 - 31/12/2022; what am I doing wrong?

Hi Susan,
Thank you for your reply. I did call the number. The Turbotax representative who answered said that it wasn't a glitch that the timeframe in the medical expenses section kept resetting to the default "01/01/2022 to 31/12/2022". He told me that it didn't matter what the 12-month time frame was that was actually printed on the tax form. All my medical claims are actually for 02/25/2021 to 02/24/2022.
