Go to Deductions- and Get started- you will continue until you see the page which says- Claims for Dependants- Make sure that you check off Would you like to review or claim any of these credits? Click Yes and continue. Once on the Claim Dependant Credits for (Name) here then check off "Children’s Activity Tax Credit (Québec resident only)" Continue.  Once you see the "Did (Name) participate in a fitness, artistic, cultural or recreational activity?" Yes- and you will put the amount there.
