I am covered by the Quebec Health Insurance plan for my medications but when I check other, cannot enter the information. Help?

On turbo tax asks if you are covered by private or a spouses plan but does not mention the Quebec plan that pays just my medications. Help?

If you do not have a private health care plan or are your spouses plan you would say "No".
