Although I've entered my medical expenses, it still shows zero under deductions. Why is this happening?

Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online? Are you preparing your return with your spouse/common-law partner? Did you have receipts from 2022 or just 2023?

Although I've entered my medical expenses, it still shows zero under deductions. Why is this happening?
