I am self employed and have not paid CPP but TurboTax is calculating a CPP amount as a deduction. Do I need to make a separate payment to CPP after filing or do my taxes paid automatically get divided with some going to CRA and some going to CPP?
Your CPP payment will be included as part of the calculations of your income tax return, so you don't need to do or pay anything extra.
