Spoke to customer support. They said there’s nothing they could do and I’d have to file by paper

I trying several changes without success. It seems CRA's software is having a known bug specific for that section (not related to Turbotax app or any other Income Tax software). There is no workaround for now. I guess I'd have to send a paper copy.
** edit ** MESSAGE FROM CRA: Error codes 45555, 45566, 90308, 95031Customer action: There is presently no workaround or timeframe of resolution available from CRA. Expected resolution date: If you see one of these error codes, it's due to a CRA issue affecting all tax software in Canada

I just tried again after waiting a few days. I didn't change anything in my return and it worked.
