Not Sufficient Privileges to Read Posts

I am getting this message that I do not have sufficient privileges to access most posts.

 

I have purchased and used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. As a CPA, I have answered a question in this Community and earned "Badges" for this answer, not to mention providing a correction of the info provided by the Turbo Tax moderator.

 

I noticed that a moderator in a previous post said that this message arises because the post was deleted. From my experience it looks to me that all posts before 2025 were deleted - how could it be that they all are no longer relevant.

 

I no longer have access to the post with my answer - there is no reason to delete this post since the info is still correct and current. 

 

Were all posts before 2025 deleted? and why?  Or is there another reason that I cannot access these  posts like a system bug? If it is a system bug, is there a plan to fix it?

You are seeing the error message because the search is showing deleted posts in the results when it should not. We are still working with the forum software provider to find a solution to this problem.

 

And yes, most posts before 2025 have been deleted. As there have been many tax changes and changes to the software, the forum was full of outdated & conflicting information. However, since there were thousands of posts, we were unable to go through every single post to check which were still correct, so yes, some good posts may have been lost in the process.
