Full Service - and can't reach expert

Had the initial conversation - then nothing for a week (no responses to questions and didn't show up for scheduled calls). Called Intuit a week later and asked for some communication - he hurried and completed it later that day - but now I'm running into the same issue with wanting to review my return.  Even tried scheduling during his work hours (which I later noticed) - did not show up.  Why can we book calls if the expert can't make the time chosen?!?!?!   This is a brutal first experience with Turbotax. AWFUL

Actually heard back just after this original post - he was helpful.  Seems like there was an issue with the system - he was locked out because of someone else trying to communicate with me to make sure I had uploaded documents correctly.
