Thank you for choosing TurboTax! Based on your question, it sounds like you purchased Turbo Tax Deluxe Online Edition, but selected the Turbo Tax Live Assist Deluxe Edition to complete your taxes. It isn't possible to upgrade a license that was purchased in a retail location. To complete your tax returns, you can either:
1. Start over, using the Turbo Tax Deluxe Online Edition
