My case is non-resident for all of 2025 with only a T4 for Canadian-source employment/RSU income (no rentals/pensions). TurboTax is currently putting me in the 5013/surtax path (no province).
Can you confirm whether TurboTax Online can file the “employment-only” non-resident method that uses a province package / Form 428 (province where duties were performed), or does it always force 5013 (no province) for non-residents?
