Online edition..says I can’t Netfile because of the CCA 

Due to recent government updates to Capital Cost Allowance (CCA), some of your forms aren't ready for filing yet.

I have rental income but no CCA  deduction 

@Bootsfam As per our FAQ, the T776 Statement of Real Estate Rentals is locked entirely unless you are using TurboTax Desktop. Only the T777 & TP-59 specify that they are locked only when claiming CCA.

This is ridiculous and I should have been notfied BEFORE I paid the fee for my return.  Also, I have to file a QC return and if that has not been affected (as it seems its only the CRA) I should be able to file my QC return but I only get the same message about not being able to file, period.  I always file at this time of year and I need my refund.  This better not go until the end of March or I will never use Turbo Tax again.

when do you expect t777 to be ready for filing purposes?

As per our FAQ, the T777 should be ready in early March.

yeah that's vague and it also mentions possibly end of March!

@Duggadug2018 No, it says early March. Not all forms may be available at the same time.

Google search says could be end of March.

Also, WHY cant I file my Quebec Return???????  

@Duggadug2018 Are you using any of these forms? Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized?

We're working hard to finalize all tax forms to meet Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Revenu Québec (RQ) requirements. Some of these forms aren’t ready yet in TurboTax.
