My pension fund/employer has sent me and amended T4A should I wait to file until CRA has the amended T4A?

My original T4A obtained from the CRA did not have one of the boxes (135) (medical premiums paid). My pension fund has since sent me an amended T4a with that box completed. The CRA does not yet have the amended form. Should I wait to file since there is obviously a difference with my filed T4A and the CRA's copy?

You can wait if you would like. Generally you have until April 30th to file your taxes, so you have plenty of time.
