Why can I not choose the 'way to file' that I want?

I am on the page that says "Start filing your return with expert help. Recommended based on your tax info" and the lists only the 'Expert Assist' for $110. I click 'See other ways to file' and select a different (cheaper) option and then am returned directly back to this page that recommending the 'Expert Assist' option, with no way to get past it. What am I doing wrong, or is TurboTax refusing to allow me to choose from their other options?

If you transfer a return from the previous year, it will start off with whatever version you used in that year. You have the option to change it by selecting "See all TurboTax Products" at the bottom of the page.
