Quebec Netfile Not An Available Option

Turbotax will not allow me to file my Quebec return using Netfile. The only option I can select is to file a paper version. I have used Turbo tax for several years and this the first time I have encountered this issue. Does anyone know how to correct this?

Go into Forms mode and look to see if any forms that you don't need are open. If you do see one that you don't need, choose Edit > Forms > Clear Current Form, then Edit > Forms > Close Unused Forms to get rid of it.
