Exactly my issue. The form stays in the declaration as “draft” and nothing allows me to file in Quebec. Even clearing the form and taking the ceroes out does not do anything. To be honest, the form shouldn’t even be there in the first place because I did not select anything that would make the software trigger it at all.
I hear from friends that other competitors software allows Quebec filing and I am now considering purchasing it and just giving Turbotax up in its entirety due to this issue.
