If you are using TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online) and you are preparing your return together with your spouse/partner, then click on their name at the top of the page to work on their return.

If you are preparing your return separately from your spouse/partner, you can click on Personal Info > Edit, then click Edit to the right of your spouse/partner's name to add their information.
