There is no solution even from calling Turbotax support. Still unable to Netfile my return with error code 561. After numerous attempts to Netfile, my Netfile is now locked. Tried to call CRA to unlock, was told help line is too busy and need to call again at another time. As deadline is approaching, no better choice but to submit by mail manually with cumblesone requirements to attach related documents.
