When proceeding to NETFILE, I am receiving the error message:
"The total months for disability and retirement benefits can't exceed 12. Please correct your entries. If you received both QPP retirement and disability benefits for the same period, you only need to enter months in box 23."
I have two T4A(P), retirement and disability. I suppose it's adding together
box 23 (retirement months): 12 months on the retirement slip,
with the box 21 (disability months): 9 months and box 23 (retirement months): 3 months
Advice please?
