NETFILE CRA keeps saying that it is not reviewed. How do I fix this?

Is this a message that you are getting as a NETFILE error or from TurboTax? If it's a NETFILE error, what is the exact error message?

same problem... the phone # i got sent me here, but... No resolve to be found... Wish i had just downloaded this version as well (if that was/is an option)!!! they charged me for this, & it still wont go through!!! So frustrating!!! downloaded 2016/&2018, and had no troubles netfile-ing it off... Have wasted over 2 hours now trying to send this now (with everything being completely filled out... Boo!!!

I am getting the same issue. I keep getting (on TurboTax) Warning: You Did Not Run Review.
I have run the review and receive the everything is good message.
So frustrating, I have paid and completed my return correctly.
Can you please advise as to how to fix this issue?
