Received the message "Failed to initiate transaction" when trying to do corporate web filing

Hi everyone, i am trying to do a corporate web filing for my T2 TurboTax.... and received the following message:

 

T2 Web Service session done.
Failed to initiate transaction. Please try again later.

 

Any idea?

 

(it's on a Windows 10 Pro machine;   Filing for 2018/2019, using the 2018/2019 TurboTax Incorporated)
