Yes, there is a way to change that. Here are the steps:
- Open your return
- On the left menu, click on my info
- Click on personal information
- Let's get the rest of your personal info page will open
- Scroll down to Are you filing an income tax return with the CRA for the first time?
- Select No, the CRA has received my tax returns before, either from me or from someone else on my behalf.
- Scroll down and click Continue to save your change.
- Click on the Left Menu, Scroll to the bottom and click on File.
