Hi Community,
We have purchased a fully furnished vacation property that we use for both personal use and short-term vacation rentals. I do not plan to claim CCA on the property itself, but had planned to claim CCA on all of the applicable contents (furniture, appliances, etc). Question is, assuming this deduction is allowed, how do you place a value on the used contents of the property?
