Cross border tax issues

I currently hold a Canadian permanent resident card.

I am a contractor providing services to a US-based employer (that does not have a “permanent establishment” in Canada). I provide services remotely, from Canada (I am a translator).

In 2019-2022 I have been to the US several times on a B-visitor visa. I was present in the US for 9 days in 2020, 6 days in 2021 and will be present in the US for 100 days in 2022.

I have a US bank account, credit cards, ITIN, phone number, and also hold a driver’s license from New York. I obtained an ITIN in 2019 to file taxes for $1000 I received from a US citizen (outside of the US). I understand that I probably didn’t have to file, but I filed anyway to obtain an ITIN.

With so much “US-indicia” I am unsure if I can file taxes in Canada as a Canadian resident. My estimated income for 2022 is $30,000.

I would appreciate advice on where should I file taxes in this situation - in US, Canada or both?
