Your Transmission didn't Go Through

I've been unable to E-File my return. I've called customer service 4 times over the last month and they can't figure it out. I also wasn't able to purchase any products through my account so I believe something needs to be fixed on the IT side of things. Please someone from intuit help me out. Done everything on the list. Cookies, 5 different browsers, 3 different computers Mac and PC, reinstalled windows and MacOS, installed all the updates nothing works. Can't pay with credit card or with my federal refund, tried 4 diff credit cards, made sure address matches exactly, everything.

A server problem occurred while processing the refund transfer. Please try to e-file again and if that fails contact customer service.
