Hi, is anyone else receiving the same error when attempting to NETFILE with Revenue Quebec?
"TurboTax found issues that will prevent the creation of a valid file that is necessary to use Revenue Québec's NETFILE service. Please reach out to customer support at TurboTax Technical Support."
I have triple checked everything, even compared all personal information (name, DOB, SIN, address, etc.) directly against both my Revenue Quebec profile, my notice of assessment and my prior year's return...cannot see anything that would prevent a NETFILE with Revenue Quebec. No outstanding warnings or errors in the review section either. My federal CRA returns went through NETFILE successfully with no issue.
I reached out to TurboTax Technical Support who simply sent me a link to a non-relevant, non-related TurboTax thread as if this would solve the issue.
Can someone at TurboTax please look into this and let all Quebec filers know if this is a system issue?
