Tax Expert Stopped Responding?

We uploaded all of our documents in March. At first our tax expert was responding quickly, but we haven't heard back from him since March 31st. I've seen a few follow up messages to see if he needed anything else but it's been radio silence on his end for almost 2 weeks now. Is there anything we can do about this situation? We know the deadline is coming up soon. We never had issues with our TurboTax Live Expert last year, so this is new to us.
