I tried applying for the NOEC and OEPTC as we are eligible, but after going through it 3 times it disappeared from the page and doesn't show up in our final summary?

I tried applying for the NOEC and OEPTC as we are eligible, but after going through it 3 times it disappeared from the page and doesn't show up in our final summary?
We received both last year so will it show up after the CRA looks at it?
