CCA not populating

In rental properties, my CCA box 18 calculation in Area A is not populating based on the prescribed formula. Both Box 16 (Base amount for CCA) and Box 17 (CCA rate%) are positive numbers, but Box 18 (CCA for the year) shows $0, and complains when I tried to enter the calculated number manually. Why is that?

Do you have enough rental income? You can't use CCA to create or increase a rental loss, so a CCA amount will not be calculated if you are already in a loss position.
